The members of Recollection trade in aggression for vulnerability on their "Intrusive Thoughts" EP on Daze. Originally formed between vocalist Josh Hynes (Rude Awakening, Hammer Bros.) and guitarist Joshua Long (Skinhead, Criminal Instinct, Rude Awakening, Hammer Bros.) coping with grief after the loss of a friend, the band debuted in 2025 with the striking "Vivid Dreams" EP. Rounded out by bassist G (Hammer Bros, The World), drummer Snooka (Life's End), guitarist Matt March (Hard Cash), and guitarist Joe Bradshaw (Stab), the members of Recollection have crafted four songs that are as dynamic as they are nostalgic with "Intrusive Thoughts."
