We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at grindpromotion@gmail.com.

In cases of wrong shipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required unless a different agreement between the two parties.



Terms and conditions:

1. Description of company
Grindpromotion Records is a distributor and reseller of music. This webshop offers vinyls, shirts and music merchandise for sale.
All items offered for sale on our webshop come from our store / warehouse and are immediately available except on "Pre-Order" area.


2. Delivery time and lost shipments.
Please refer to our Shipping page for delivery time estimates.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible. We're not responsible for postal service delays.

3.Damaged Package.                                                                                               Our packages are professionally packaged. We are not responsible if packages arrive damaged. All records are new and in perfect condition. Non-perfect vinyl are listed in the "damaged" page. We do not do refunds if the goods are damaged, it is out of our control. If you want your vinyl to be protected by insurance, send us an email: grindpromotion@gmail.com and we will provide you with a quote for the value of your goods.

4. Delivery policy and returns
Please allow 2 working days for shipping your order.
To cancel an order is possible if we haven't shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch if you wish to cancel and order.  In cases of wrong shipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required unless a different agreement between the two parties.

5 .Payment should be received within 14 days. Failure to make your payment within this time frame will result in your order being cancelled. 

6. Customer service

7. Privacy policy
We will not share your contact details with third parties. All address information is stored on a secure server, and all payment information is encrypted and handled by payment gateways.

8.Pre Orders

Pre-order means that you are ordering an item that is not yet manufactured or in stock. Pre-Order items will not ship before their release date. If your order contains one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped in one package once the pre-order item is released..
